It just gives relaxation and not makes you feel dizzy or sleepy. So it just relaxes you with tingling effect (चढ़चढ़) just on the tongue.

Worst product and not good for health
I tried this cause I suffer from Insomnia. This product doesn’t help as required instead it works quite later and causes an imbalance in your body as well. All the advantages mentioned might work on other people but if you are someone who suffered from acidity and nausea this makes life worse for you . Do not use it.
