Dagger 405 FPS 220 LBS Compound Crossbow - 15 Inch Cocked with Whisper Silencing System

Dagger 405 was super easy to use but don't waste your time like I did and yes I did read the reviews. I just figured they fixed the problems with the limbs. So after sighting in, about 8 shots a week later one of the limbs started to split while hunting. DON'T DO IT!!! save your money and buy a Barnett Hyper series.

This crossbow is very solid and seems to be well built. Scope is nice. Sighted in fairly easily. It is very fast. Shoots field points and fixed broad heads the same. I am very happy with this crossbow. One concern I have is that the stirrup for your foot for cocking it is fairly small. I have a size 15 foot. My sneakers fit ok but I think my hunting boots are going to be a tight fit.

Garbage only shot it for two different days to sight it in.. the center serving completely fell apart... On top of that I have zero accuracy after 30 yards and I'm typically a very good shot.. I had bullseyes at 20 and 30 yards.. i went out to 50 and was all over the place completely inconsistent. after noticing the center serving I completely gave up on this bow..

Took 2 times of ordering to get the correct item but it came as stated new in box can't beat the price only concern would be longevity also get a new scope immediately centerpoint scopes are junk other than that seems to be solid not to heavy and shoots very fast

overall good bow, the optics are terrible you will want to change this , siting in was a pita, i ended up in end tossing that to side and replacing with my own , so far only shot few times seems pretty good on rest, but cant stress enough the optics are junk

I got the 405 dagger. It has been a good crossbow so far. It's very easy to shoot and I up the weight of the bolts.. it handle them with no problems. It hits hard a plenty of penetration to pass though. My target at 40 yards. I'm looking forward to trying it out this hunting season

Quede impresionado con la potencia y precisión de la ballesta lo he usado más de 40 tiros y todo va de maravilla siguiendo las indicaciones del fabricante. Recomendable al 100% y a un buen precio yo ya me compre dos ballestas.

This thing looks awesome and for my first crossbow I am having a very bad experience. The screw head broke off when I was mounting with barely any force. The second issue I am having is very unfortunate because I really want to keep this but it is very very hard to cock back. I am most likely going to have to return because a 220lb draw is very difficult especially when you are hunting. 1 star based on looks and the scope. But if can't cock or draw back, I can't use obviously. July 30 Update, I finally got it cocked back with a seperate cocking device I had to purchase on Amazon and when I finally fired my first arrow, the string broke giving me the impression that the string was too short to begin with hence the issues with cocking. Either way I already returned this. It's garbage. I even spoke to centerpoint customer service and the lady offered me a new front end to the crossbow but I declined as I did not see myself keeping this with all these issues. I do not recommend at all.

Great bow but had to order the crank which is a bit noisy but works amazingly well as long as you are not in a hurry .. I shoot 600 Grain bolts with it which makes it smoother and hits harder, but quieter, Hmm 🤔. Scope was ok but opted for a better quality !! All in all, a great crossbow !!
