The keyboard and mouse are very cheap. It's like a very lightweight cheap plastic version of the apple keyboard. I put in new batteries into the keyboard and it won't even turn on. If you want a quality product, just spend a little more for the apple wireless keyboard. I updated this review to 3 stars from 2 stars because of the customer service that was provided.

I'll be returning this. The keyboard is paper thin and types like a dollar store keyboard. the mouse could also be purchased at a dollar store for a dozen for $1. Incredible how crappy some of this chinese stuff is. I'll be returning this. There is nothing that they could do to improve it. Other than sell out and stop selling this on amazon. Guess you get what you pay for...

The keyboard was great. Loved the design. I had to return unfortunately because I really need a keyboard with right side number keys. My job is mostly inputting numbers
