DEAD ON ARRIVAL
ARRIVED DEAD AND FREEZING COLD. used the dirt cheap warming pack that doesn't last long. Of course it stopped working before it arrived... Paid for absolutely nothing. "NOT ELIGIBLE FOR RETURN REFUND."

Recommend to get
Lasts a long time, two weeks. Smells gross, but the spiders love them, arrived healthy, very active

Decent
Arrived with a crumpled corner, and a few dead flies were mushed into the media. I assume this goes to rough shipping, but otherwise it works.

They may not fly, but they fly!
These flies are very active. The mantis' really like them, but they jump far and fast, so they are hard to catch and contain. I put them in the freezer for about 3 minutes before I give them to the mantis'. That works pretty well. Also, there is a ton of larva in the base material, so I fed some of those to a sick mantis. That worked pretty well until he could eat the flies again. SECOND BATCH: Excellent condition, nice and fat flies for my growing mantis.

Don't bother unless you want a nasty runny mess.
A mess. There is NOT enough filler to survive shipping. It's a nasty, runny mess. The flies are mostly drowned. Not a fresh start. Obvious by color. Will not be buying again. Even in the photo for the listing there is twice as much filler. Do better.

Barely any medium in the container. I got a total of about 20 flies out of this.
Barely any medium in the container. I got a total of one flush of about 20 flies out of this container. Total waste of money. Go with Josh's Frogs. I've never had a problem with their hydei. So much for trying to save a buck.

Food for thought..
Flies came in alive, good little snack for a jumping spider!
