Packing Very well packed and with no marks or dents, and the colour is true to the pictures, the feel of the handle in your hand is good the handle also feels nice and not lose but very well made. Wheels The wheels work very well they turn, roll and spin as they should with no issues on any flour type, they are also very thick and very hardy, made form good and strong material that I am sure will put up with many airports that I travel to and from and you cant forget about the carpark tarmac and how hard that is on wheels. Instructions Very nice and clear instructions tied to the handle, please read them they tell you how to look after the case and also how to set the combination for the locks, you also get a tool to help you do this, tie the whole lot together and put it somewhere safe because you know in 6 months you will have forget the combination or if you want to change the combination you wont remember how to do it with out the instructions and the tool. Padlocks I found the padlocks made into the case are very good and very strong, I have had no issues with them, but I also use my own locks as well as the ones made into the case, just to be sure of security and safety. zips All of the zips on the case are well made and do the job as they should with no issues of zipping and unzipping, the inside pocket zips or the ones on the outside to open and close the case, they are made from good and strong metal and very well made, I am sure they will work as intended well into the future to keep my cloths and items safe and secure. Case size and packing The whole case is very large, but the size is fine for the airline I use, there is plenty of room inside for many cloths and pockets for other items, and also a good strong strap to secure all your cloths inside the case, this suitcase is that big it reminds me of a wardrobe on Wheels not a suit case but that's what I wanted and this suitcase delivers that with out disappointment, I am very happy with this suitcase by Flight Knight, thank you

Lovely large case which, as promised, fits within the measurements allowed by airlines such as BA. Got the blue one with tan trim which looks smart and I which should stand out more on the carousel from all the black ones. Looks strong. Has a TSA lock with three combination numbers as part of the case (not a padlock that others have mentioned/ complained about) which enables you to lock the two zips in place so your stuff doesn’t fall out everywhere but which can yet also be opened by border/ security staff without them having to break in. Well designed inside… When opened there is an equal size space in both halves of the case, one half of which has elasticated straps for holding clothes in place. Cleverly, a big zipped net pocket sits in between the two halves of the case (instead of against a side) and has a zip all around it’s edge which allows you to seal everything in the other side of the case under the pocket. Four smooth moving wheels, which turn 360 degrees. Rubber handles on the side and top, useful for lifting it, and extendable handle for pulling it along. A few people commented on a big sticker on the case (which advertises its features) leaving sticky marks behind but I found that a baby wipe took the stickiness off very quickly and without leaving any mark or stickiness behind. Have bought for my son who is going in a gap year so needs to take more with him than we usually would on a holiday. Feels quite lightweight (exact weight given in advert)… at least until we stuff it with everything he needs for the year ahead :) Note (as some have missed this) that there’s a QR code on the box it’s delivered in which you can scan to take you to the link to register for the warranty, which I was able to do with ease and then got an emailed confirmation of.

Update: Because of the excellent customer care and still being in warranty, Prime Brands Group exchanged with no problem and ease of returning the faulty case after receiving the replacement. Thank you, Prime Brands Group. Purchased these in the aqua and tan colour. Loved the colour and sleek design. They hold onto the dust and dirt from the baggage hold and baggage loading zones, so wipe them off before placing on furniture. We used all three cases for the first return flights with no problem. The large case interior was almost too spacious for the 23 kg wt on international flights. Used medium and large case on second return holiday with again no challenges. Upon planning to only use the medium case for a third return international flight, I couldn't use because of the zipper. Zipper would not seal properly. If upright position on wheels, the bottom zipper worked well and would seal and unsealed properly. However the top zipper would seal properly if going up to top. But upon coming down to where you connect the two zippers to lock the case, it did not seal and was open. Couldn't use the medium case and had to revert to large case. It would have only been 10 months old since we first purchased and used them. Kind of disappointed of the quality. Even my spouse was concerned when we first received them as they were kind of flimsy, but packed and transporting them they did okay until the zipper. Glad I was still home when the zipper broke and could revert to one of the other cases in the set.
