Gave this a second try after speaking to the companys customer service. Taking this as directed is the key. Not a crazy energy, make your ears ring supplement. One in the Morning and one about 2pm . Sorry to those who did not get a good effect... this product works! I am 76 and still work full time in a physical job. I have tried several products to no avail...didn’t expect much here but have been pleasantly surprised. Not out running laps but get a sustained focus with no tired feelings. I take two with a cup of coffee in the morning and it helps. Made the mistake of taking one at 4pm one day and was awake long enough to recall all my past sins that night.

The dreaded “afternoon slump” has been hitting me like a brick wall lately.
