My old dispensers were Franke . They worked well for a number of years but eventually stopped up and became difficult to fill. The container holding the soap broke off at the neck as well. I probably wouldn’t buy again. I just installed two of these in our kitchen. It has a very solid feel and seems to be of top quality. The dispenser generates a good amount of soap when dispensing. Finishes are top grade. The bottle has plentiful soap, volume capacity, and the parts screwed together well. I’m connecting this with a tube type dispensing mechanism with a check valve in it to avoid constant refilling. I had some trouble getting the tube over the Moen pump, mechanism, spout, but I finally was successful. The set up appears to be working flawlessly. I’m very happy with this purchase.

The weight difference is significant, and it assures me of better quality materials. Installation was straightforward and designed to be installed through hole size 1-1/8" diameter. However, my existing dispenser hole was slightly wider. A quick fix with two 1-1/2" silicone gaskets created a watertight seal from top and bottom – something to consider if you're replacing an older dispenser. Clean Design, Smooth Dispensing The modern, minimalist design complements my kitchen nicely. Refilling is a breeze – just lift the top to access the sizable 18-ounce bottle below. The pump dispenses dishwashing soap smoothly with no leaks or wobbliness. A Note on Refills: While refilling is easy with the removable top, the bottle opening is a bit narrow for thicker liquids, and the reservoir itself doesn't hold a large amount of soap. This means more frequent refills. Pro-Tip for Refilling: To avoid bubbles and frustration during refills, I found inserting a 1' ¼ inch plastic tube into the bottle helps air escape as you pour in soap. The tube extends past the narrow neck, allowing for a smoother refill process. Overall: This Moen dispenser is a definite upgrade. Spout length is short measuring 2” long. Soap dispensed falls exactly on the inside edge of the sink. Overall the chrome dispenser is heavy and well made. I would not buy again only due to the spout being so short. 3.5” long spout would be nice.

Very nice Moen soap dispenser to match my SpotResist Stainless Moen Faucet. Heavy product and works as mentioned. Have always bought Moen due to name brand and lifetime warranty.

My built-in soap dispenser broke because it was a bit flimsy. This one is very stable and looks great. I got a tubing adapter that I can put directly in the detergent bottle under the sink which makes this even better. It pumps easily and I haven’t had any leaks. I have a Moen faucet, so this matches perfectly.

Looks great with my Moen faucet and we really like the top fill option! So much easier than reaching under the sink to refill. Still a bigger to install since you really need to contort under a kitchen sink. No leakage so far!

Absolutely love the soap pump while it is a bit more money than the other ones. It is such high-quality and works so much better than the cheaper ones, I would highly recommend. I will never go back to the cheaper ones. This one is a heavy metal chrome as opposed to the other ones were more like a plastic made to look like metal
