Excellent pump for light duty use.
The pump is a single cylinder compressor, which means it is smaller in size compared to a double cylinder pump (a good thing), but will take a little more time to inflate tires if they are very low. It takes 28 seconds to inflate a BMW X3 P245/50R19 tire from 30psi to 35psi. So if you have large truck tires, might be better off getting a double cylinder pump. However this pump only draws 15 amps compared to some others that draw 25 amps and require the car to be running to power it. With only a 15 amp draw the pump works with the car off and does not stress the battery, electrical system, or fuses. The hose part near the tank area will get hot after about 5 or more minutes of use. So let the pump cool down if more than 5 total minutes are needed or risk melting the hose or damaging the unit. If anyone is familiar with the Slime brand of pumps, this pump looks just like their heavy duty single cylinder pump with a different label.

Will Pay For Itself, But Not A Heavy Duty Product
If you’re looking for something to get you out of a bind, this sucker will pay for itself the first time you have to use it. I’d caution you that this is not a heavy duty product. If you want something that you can use a lot, you’re gonna have to spend more. Plus, the tire pressure gauge wasAbout 7 PSI off, meaning my tire pressure was low when it indicate I was at the correct PSI. So get a better tire pressure gauge. Even the little stick gauges from gas stations are more accurate. I put one of those tire plug kits in the bag with mine.

Don't Give Up Hope - This One Really Does Work!
After having such dismal experiences with three (3) previous portable tire inflators, I ordered this one, based on the positive reviews I saw, plus the history of the company; that it was in the tire inflation business, and sold many different models of compressors, and sounded like they knew what they were talking about.I received it, and it did definitely look like a no-nonsense machine, which should be up to the task, but the proof is always in the pudding, isn't it?I was almost afraid to try it, in light of my experience with the three previous machines, which had all produced a lot of noise, but not much air in the tire.Well, this morning, my tire looked suspiciously low, (the one that I have had "repaired" about 5 times, but they can't seem to fix the slow leak) so I hooked this little baby up and -- WHAMMO! Pumped that sucker right up to 32 pounds, as quick as a wink, and I was all through and on my way in no time. So, finally - it looks like I've found one that actually works!!!

inflated quickly
first time out of box had to inflate a doughnut spare tire which had not been used for a year. the spare had 20lbs of pressure and needed to be 60lbs. hooked pump up to battery with battery attachment. screwed on tire nozzle . turned on pump and in about a minute the gauge on the compressor reached 60lbs. the tire gauge I had only went to 45lbs so I couldn't really double check and I left it at that. I think this pump will work very well and save me trips to find an air compressor which always seem to be broken around where I live.

WOW!
I've only used this tire inflator once. But, so far, I am very impressed. I tried a couple of other tire inflators to inflate the tires on my 16 foot Airstream travel trailer. They were just not up to the task. One actually "broke" the first time I used it. The other was painfully slow and I just gave up before the tire reached the desired 80 psi. This TIREWELL tire inflator handled the job in under 5 minutes. It didn't cost much more than the other two pumps I'd tried. Small, quiet and powerful. I'm very happy with my purchase.

This Tire Inflator Gets the Job Done!
This tire inflator is powerful, quick, and quiet. It inflated my low profile car tire quickly and quietly compared to my old inflator that gave out. Glad there is no automatic shut-off feature because I can see the pressure accurately on the dial gauge and turn it off when it is at the desired level. I like that level of control. Also, I had no problem with this unit getting hot or even warm. The other inflators I've purchased from competitive companies with an auto shut-off feature have given me only problems—they shut off too soon. So, I highly recommend this tire inflator! A+

Dysfunctional hose design
I had a compressor that had screw on type of hose, it worked flawlessly for over 2 years then died, time for new one, except no such thing can be found anywhere. There are hundreds of other and I picked this one because it seemed like its worth the price. The issue is pretty simple, all compressors attachments have round plunger that presses the pin on the valve to let the air in.This compressor has hose that screws on and it's a positive engagement, ..... except, the plunger overlaps the rubber ring behind it and therefore hose cannot seal the valve. There is constant air leak while hose is fully attached and I was not able to inflate bicycle tire, finally gave up and used foot pump to make up for air lost while this ingenious device was doing its best.In attached picture you can see me holding standard inflating attachment found on many gas stations and commercial compressors. You can clearly see round plunger in that adapter while one on this compressor hose is rectangular and overlaps rubber o-ring behind it.That o-ring never seals the valve due to interference from plunger, how does one invent such a device that in the end cannot fulfill its primary function?Aside from nut functioning to fill air in tire, it works, looks good and is deceptive enough to sell, while I am on subject of deceptive,...... "cooling ribs" on top of the cylinder are made of genuine plastic, conveniently colored to make you think it is made of aluminum.I am puzzled by positive reviews because this is not a rocket science, if device doesn't work, it cannot be rated 4 and 5 stars. If you have never actually used your compressor before reviewing it, perhaps you should try it.If this works for you, you should probably be buying condoms that have hole on top, the potential benefit !?,... it would let the pressure out and contribute to overall experience, enjoy.

Does the Job but Poor Heat Dissipation
Bought this for my truck, which is a 1 ton Denali DRW. It works well but don't expect fast results; pay attention to the heat - this sucker gets super hot. Pressure gauge is not ideal, I still use a manual one. I also tried it on commercial duty tires on a dump truck; required 3 cool downs. Although it struggled with the latter, it will do a good enough job to fill in a tire enough so one could get to a proper repair. Not sure I will keep it for my Denali but would be perfect for my city vehicle, which is not as heavy as my pickup truck but still on the heavier side. It does work with larger vehicles, one just requires more patience. Should work well for any 2500 pick up or less. The ultimate test was with the dump truck, which had a outside dually flat tire and got it to around 30lbs from zero pounds of air but it took a half hour. However, as any China-made stuff, use upon receipt if possible and test thoroughly. No reason why a 150lbs compressor would not inflate my truck tires, which it does handle... barely... would not use it for commercial or industrial tires. It's a nice handy kit; excellent packing, good pouch. I like I can just use a handheld 12v battery (lithium) and go anywhere with it and the power cable is longer than expected; they're usually so short... still a tad too short for a long wheelbase but I got an extension. Not pleased with the 3x price increase, would have bought my mother one of them... I paid around $50 for mine, no way I am paying current the latest $150 price tag.

Solid piece of Kit
I have had several tyre inflators over the years, many with fancy digital pressure guages, and they have all failed in the end. This is a much simpler device with an ordinary analogue gauge. It is quiet to use in comparison with others that I have owned and feels robust despite manufacture in the PRC!The valve connector is screw on rather than the lever type and it is well made and fits well. The infation speed is OK putting around 10 psi of extra pressure into my 205/50/17 tyre in around a minute. The pump worked fine straight into my cigarette lighter socket, but that probably depends on the fuse size for your cigarette lighter socket, mine is 20A and works fine. The light is bright and LED.My only complaint is the scale on the gauge, it is difficult to be accurate as the scale is small. I cured this by buying a separate tyre pressure gauge, not the most convenient way of doing things, but given the simplicity and reliability of operation over digital inflators, perfectly acceptable

A nice little machine
A nice little machine. Ive only used this item twice for my car and motorcycle tires and this pump is flawless. its small and compact design make its easy to carry in your trunk for emergency and the quiet and sturdy operation makes this the must have. the product itself seems to be built with high quality materials. Yes it is probably a little pricey but this pump comes with a 2 year manfuacturer warranty! cant go wrong. considering local retailers sell smaller unrealiable compressors for more money with no warranty! i will highly reccomend.
