Great pre-workout

Good pre workout have used before tingles hit hard, the black shaker is a nice shaker although there’s fill lines on the outside of the shaker but when you put liquid in it you can’t see how full it is as it’s completely black !

It does exactly what it says….

All the pictures and description clearly show 250mg caffeine in the product but what I received seems to be a “new formula” and certainly new packaging but unfortunately the caffeine content is now reduced to 200mg which is a considerable difference for a pre workout product. Customers should receive what you advertised. Amazon were helpful and gave a partial discount.

Pre-workout - 7/10 (Not tried all pre-workouts so won't go higher) Shaker - 1/10 Been using this pre-workout for a long time now. Recently thought I'd get a new shaker and saw this one with it. The pre-workout still great, but the shaker is awful. Sure, the screw cap doesn't leak, but where you drink from does. It's also a really awkward spout (if you call it that) to drink from. It's almost flush with the lid itself.
