You know...the colors are bright. The ink lasts long. It doesn't seem to fade.AND I like that it is compatible with my Epson printer for filling.The pricing was good, considering how much my wife prints ... recipies, doctor orders, scripture readings and ok, I print a few things myself.Works well on regular paper, on photo paper and on some card stock I've used...just have to make sure that the printer knows the paper I'm using...the ink works fine as long as I remember to set that up!

Works on HP OfficeJet Pro Jet Pro 8710, despite restrictions by HP to reject off brand cartridges. I was unable to rollback the firmware to earlier times before these restrictions, but what did work was getting on a browser and entering in the printers IP address and turning off chip ”cartridge protection.” I’m sure this probably voids your warranty (mine is long expired) but now you can spend $30 on ink instead of $130 to HP for the same dang thing. So very much cheaper than name brand. I wear disposable gloves while changing in case of any leaks and pat the ink pad with a paper towel before installing. The only problem I've had is that when my computer said the ink levels were fine, but the color printouts weren't coming out right, I opened it up and found two of the inks were empty so I replaced them.

We have ordered this several times with no problems with the ink cartridges. No leaking, no drying out, long lasting. I highly recommend.

I was hoping to get the same pleasing results with the ink jet cartridge as I did with the cartridge for laser printer but sadly, it’s not dependable. My first batch of printing was acceptable with some minor inconsistency in color but yesterday, my second job, was rather disappointing. No ink the first 2 print, some missing areas the 3rd try and finally it printed fine by the 5th try. Always use testing paper first, otherwise you’ll waste good paper. When I tried printing very little color on the document, color was off and some missing texts. The shades of colors are not the same on each flyer. Frustrating and disappointing. I seriously don’t think I’ll buy this again but I’m very please with the cartridge for the laser printer.UPDATE: excellent C/S. Sent them email regarding printing issues. They responded with 2 troubleshooting steps. Performing a print head cleaning cycle solved the printing issues. The black text was sharp and perfect and one color printed fine but two color image bled. Not horrible for this flyer, I can live with it considering the cost savings.

I received the package of cartridges to replace the inks of my printer and it was very easy, I disabled the automatic updates of the printer, but I had no problems, it works well and with very good print quality. I appreciate their value for money , the colors are brilliants.I’m satisfied with my buying, I’ll buy again when I need it !!

The reason for this 5 star review concerns the order and logics process. I am confident the quality of the product is superior. However, due to an incompatibility issue with my existing printer I could use the cartridges. It happens that I was in a hurry to order the replacement cartridges and paid little attention to the exact model that I needed. That is where the efficiency of the order process kicked in. Logictically, the service was fast. I received the cartridges I ordered in no time at all. Once I realized the incompatibility issue between what my printer required versus what I had ordered, I simply need to returned them. The manufacturer informed me that I could return the cartridges to them-no problem. Sometimes, it's not so much the purchase and receipt of a product but it is also about the service behind the product that makes you satified.
