Easy to read - good colors
It is attractive - not all of mood discs are - colorful, readable, and my patients enjoy them a lot. Very helpful in moving therapy along. Just wish I could buy several of the small ones to give to patients. The large one stays in my office. Please sell packs of just little ones!

Effective & fun tool for more talk, less conflict
I wasn't sure about the effectiveness of this purchase, but they were a hit at Christmas. A father-son relationship needed labels for what they were feeling to avoid arguments and start talking instead. Feedback says it works. Woo-hoo!

As Pictured
This product is as pictured. The quality is good and the design of it is as well. For use, as you do art or whatever project, it’s size is right. It’s easy to use and there are no spelling errors that I’ve come across. Why not 5 stars? Well, I doubt that I will refer to it for my art. I can’t agree with the analysis of mood or emotions to the colors. Red has always felt like passion or anger to me, but not according to this wheel. Red is disgust. Green, to me, would be optimism, because of leaves on trees. This wheel has some tones of green described as, confused or excited. I looked these descriptions up online. Even with other companies, this company falls in line and is… right. It appears to be standard. Well, just not to me, so 4 stars bc I can’t use it. I did keep it though. Who knows, maybe I’ll change my mind.

Grateful for THESE Emotion Wheels!!
The fact that these are aluminum are so great! They hold up well! Can be nailed to a wall with the little pinholes or just kept handy. I’ve even given some medium sized wheels to patients/clients! It’s critically important for me as a therapist to arm my clients with “Emotional Vocabulary” so that they can learn to express feelings VERSUS thoughts. The Emotions Wheel contains core emotions in the center and then expands on each core (like anger) with a spectrum of related feelings. It’s too often that clients will say “I feel like s/he didn’t care.” That’s a thought, not a feeling. The wheel helps me easily explain the difference that we generally don’t have emotions without conscious or subconscious thoughts first, that LEAD to these feelings/emotion. The identified emotion influences the behavioral choices we make or don’t make. These specific aluminum wheels are a fair price and they arrived quickly! Thank you!

Very Colorful
My feelings wheel came as advertised and look just like the picture, very colorful. It’s made out of aluminum, lightweight but sturdy. It also has two small hole in each so you can hang on wall if you want. The item is very helpful with assisting clients identify their feeling's and/or mood when they are having a hard time describing what they are feeling. Must buy, you won’t be disappointed.

Just what we needed
My husband was looking for something like this for a therapy group. He was having a hard time coming up with descriptions for the feelings he was having. This worked well, and it also came with a smaller, travel-type size. Printed on lightweight metal.

Fine, but...
I'm docking this stars for what I consider to be a design flaw. The text on this wheel does not always progress in the same readable direction. There are two sections that suddenly reverse reading direction, so sometimes suddenly what you are trying to read is upside down.Being a circle or wheel the idea would be that you can turn it to the section you need. The way the text suddenly turns upside down needlessly complicates the simplicity of that. It's a minor annoyance, but big enough of an oversight that I would consider purchasing other versions that did not have this design flaw. But otherwise it does what its intended to do.
