Bad software
I feel disappointed with this TV I got it so I can stream shows and it has a very slow software and for the past 3 days it doesn't even connect to internet even though all my other devices are connected and working fine. I kept trying to switch off/on even updated the settings to factory and erased all data but still not able to connect to network, I tried different wifi and even Hotspot and it still doesn't connect. I don't recommend it

Netflix app not working completely despite uninstalling and reinstalling
Netflix app not working. I Scheduled pickup for change/refund but no driver came,yet they lied that someone came to pickup.I waited and called but no one showed up.Now I'm told the return period has expired.Thats unfair.
