Does this fit the 7.3 IDI non-turbo (pre-powerstroke) engines?

This filter screws into the upper filter housing and also has a plate that screws into the bottom of the filter. If your OEM filter is like this then it would be the right one. This is the filter that fits my 94 F350, 7.3L IDI Turbo.

Why doesn't this come with the lower bowl o ring?

The one I last ordered had the bottom drain.Hope that helped I don't have the truck any more.

Does this filter come with all new gaskets/o-rings?

Comes with water separator oring and filter oring
