Very fast action on my short term memory
Rapid results in improvement of my short term memory is noted. Just less than a week and I noticed 10-20% improvement in my short term memory and recall of what I put where. I take many supplements but never seen such a quick results from them like this. At least for me this supplement done great. Thank you. Keep up with the quality and I will buy again. Great supplment!
The ingredients are natural and help with energy and focus. They seem to be working well for me and I am able to enjoy them with no aftertaste and they're also easy to swallow. I take them in the morning and will happily order more when these run out.

Great combination
These are a great combination of matcha and green tea. I have been taking them now for about 3 weeks.While I have chronic back pain, I can’t say I have necessarily noticed any change. I do feel that my appetite isn’t as out of control.They are easy to swallow and I have not noticed any aftertaste.Overall a good addition to my supplement regiment.

Seems to do as it stated
I'm a senior citizen and I do notice it does make me more alert I take one in the morning and one after lunch. The first day I definitely noticed and uneasiness with my stomach but it was because I didn't eat my normal breakfast with it. The rest of the week no problem whatsoever at all I just always made sure I had something in my stomach. No aftertaste and the capsule is not hard to swallow at all. I will definitely be purchasing this for myself because it doesn't bother my kidneys like the energy drinks do. And this is a lot less expensive in the long run

Jitters for days....
I have taken matcha before and never felt this jittery. I took this product in the morning with breakfast, went on a hike, and basically wore myself out. By bedtime, the jitters continued keeping me up for 2 nights straight. As soon as I stopped taking it after day 2, sleeping went back to normal. Wish I could return the product, but that's not an option!
