Just an all around great camera
This camera has been great for me, as a beginner. Out of the box I was almost instantaneously able to take genuinely good photos with little to no editing or setup. The auto focus feature works really well and the ability to focus on specific things through the tough screen is very convenient. Speaking of the screen, the ability for the screen to completely rotate around not only helps keep it protected when not in use, but makes it very convenient getting shots from different angles without having to go in completely blind. The included lens is fine for what it is, not going to blow your socks off, and definitely not going to be great on subjects past about 10 feet, it still is capable of producing pretty great photos out of the box for very little additional money. The photos I included were taken with the included rf18-45mm lens with very little editing. As far as size goes, it’s definitely an improvement on the older canon DSLR’s I have limited experience with. I feel like the battery grip fits very nicely in my hand and with the standard lens it never feels too heavy. I still have yet to shoot any video with it but I look forward to seeing how the quality turns out. All in all a very nice camera for both beginners, and experienced photographers alike!

Make you want to shoot more!
’ve been using the Canon EOS R10 with the RF-S 18–45mm kit lens for a bit now, and it’s honestly been a great experience. It hits that sweet spot where it feels powerful without being overwhelming. The first thing you notice is how fast it is. Autofocus locks on quickly and tracks really well, even when things are moving. I’ve used it for both photos and some casual video, and it keeps up without any frustration. The image quality is sharp, colors look natural, and it handles different lighting better than I expected for a camera in this range. It’s also pretty lightweight, which makes a bigger difference than you’d think. Easy to carry around, easy to shoot with for longer stretches, and it doesn’t feel like you’re hauling gear. The kit lens is decent for everyday use. It’s not going to blow your mind, but it’s a good starting point and covers a useful range. You can definitely grow into better lenses later, but this gets you going right away. Overall, it just feels like a camera that makes you want to shoot more. Reliable, quick, and simple to get good results with.

Canon EOS R10
This is quite a step up from my Canon Rebel xt. I recommend it for beginners and professional photographers. I had no intentions of getting another camera, but so glad I did.

Quality Camera with a lot of great features
I have had the camera less than a week and I am only writing this to advise others about non-Canon EF lenses. I purchased this with the 18-45mm for use indoors. I planned to use my Tamron EF 18-400mm lens for travel. I purchased Canon's R to EF adapter. The Tamron lens, with the adapter, connected to the R10 just fine. The issue, as I discovered the hard way, is the R10's autofocus system is not compatible with the Tamron's. The lens would try a couple of times to focus, then stop with an out of focus scene. I have returned the adapter and ordered Canon's R 100-400mm lens for travel. Will try to add more in a month or so after I have spend more time using the camera and the 2 Canon lenes.

Great Camera
There is something to be said about the tactile sensation of a real camera that can't be replicated with a smartphone. i recently purchased the EOS R10 to document construction projects at work and also to shoot recreationally. If you are a beginner, the camera has many settings and special effects but can also be used with the A+ automatic setting without diving too much into the operation manual. The user interface, quality of the photos, and quality of the physical camera body and lens are top notch (Made in Japan). My only issue is the Wifi transfer is extremely slow so best to use a cable to transfer photos directly to your computer. Great camera overall and super happy with my purchase!

Fantastic Camera - 18-45mm Lens, eh not so much
The 18-45mm lens is good. But the 18-150mm lens is much better. I returned the R10 w/18-45mm lens and bought the R10 w/18-150mm lens. Check out the reviews on YouTube to determine which kit lens suits you. At this time, there aren't a lot of cropped sensor lenses with the RF lens mount. You can purchase reasonably priced adapters for EF mount to open up lens choices. We're expecting at least a couple of new lenses this year from Canon for the R10 and R7. The R10 is without question a great camera for just about any situation! The R10 is basically the R7 without the in-body stabilization. That said, the R10 stabilization is very very good.

It’s my first mirrorless camera and I was so excited to use it. Previously I was using Nikon D5300 which being a very old camera struggled with a lot of things like the autofocus or the 1080p resolution. This camera is really amazing with a terrific autofocus, amazing 4k video quality and easy to use menu system. It’s also compact when compared to my old DSLR and takes a lot less space. Now the kit lens is not that good when it comes to low light video but it can do the job if you don’t plan to spend any extra money but I got the 16 and the 50mm RF lenses and they work really well. I got a couple of manual focus lenses from TTArtisan as well and they work flawlessly. I was also looking at Sony and Fujifilm cameras before purchasing this but after reading a lot of reviews, watching tons of YouTube videos, finally got the R10 and couldn’t be happier. It’s an awesome camera and a true value for money! And not to forget the 10-bit videos this camera can shoot, I believe only a few mirrorless cameras can do it in this price range.

This is a catch. Not expensive not cheap. Good stuff if you know how to shoot photos. Filters effects should be removed from firmware or replaced. Useless. What is good in this camera is performance. Easy menu. Q function. Basic functions needed for creativity. I shoot Manual. JPEG but there is RAW and RAW processing in the camera. Movies are 4K and FHD 1080P. Possible shooting movies vertically. Colors are natural and skin is naturally pale in Autoportait mode. Good. Battery life is medium long. Enough to buy 2 extra batteries for whole day shooting photos.

Siento que la bateria se descargo un poco rapido, sin embargo, es una camara muy buena, en esperar de comprar más objetivos para sacarle un mejor provecho.
