This is hands down the strongest pre-workout I've used. The energy kick is intense and hits fast - I feel it within 15-20 minutes and it lasts through my entire workout without any crash. The endurance boost is noticeable. I can push harder and longer than usual, especially during those final sets when I'd normally be gassed. My performance in the gym has genuinely improved since switching to this. Fair warning - if you're sensitive to stimulants, start with a half serving. This stuff is potent, but i didn't experience any stomach upset. It doesn't smell bad either which is nice. But if you need serious energy and focus for intense training sessions, ESP delivers consistently. Great value for the money, easy to work into my plan. Mixes well, tastes fine, and the results speak for themselves. Best pre-workout I've found for serious lifters who want maximum performance.

I’ve tried countless pre-workouts over the years, but Metabolic Nutrition ESP has become my absolute favorite. The green apple flavor is fantastic—tart, refreshing, and not overly sweet. It dissolves easily with no gritty texture, which is a big win for me. The energy boost is incredible but not overwhelming. I love how it gives me a clean, sustained focus without any jitters or crashes afterward. It really powers me through tough workouts and even helps on those days when I need an extra push to get going. First of all, having multiple serving sizes is a really great idea. Some people don’t want 300+ mg of caffeine, and some people do. On heavy leg days I’ll do the big scoop for 500mg, for an awesome boost. That being said, the “pump formula” is almost non-existent. Don’t expect to feel tingly or a good pump from this. I personally add about 3 grams of beta alanine, to help with a pump. If you are looking for high caffeine, good flavor, and a low price, this is a good pre workout. I recommend stacking it with a non stim pre-workout.

Taste of the blue raspberry is awesome - do NOT get watermelon, or mango or fruit punch — additional ingredients that can fk your insides up AND cause you to be more susceptible to fractures (not even lying, look it up). Went to the gym 4 times in two days using this pre-workout and it definetly gave me a boost without a burnout or gittery rush. The scooper has a big and small size. Always start out with the small size first then if you upgrade to the bigger sizer, be sure to refill the drink halfway with water during/before your workout, to avoid being toooooo caffeinated lol. 10/10 great product and got the subcription 👌

Clean energy. Good taste. I love the focus without the jitters. Great for lifting days and steady burn cardio. I love the metabolic aspect. I don’t recommend it before high intensity training because of double elevated heart rate. Anyway, I like a big gulp when my alarm goes off so I won’t snooze. I use the little scoop and the container lasts 2 months and I train 6 days a week.
