Blocks 4G &46Mhz +
Tested the fabric with my 4G cell phone (since that is all I have to test it with). It blocked 3 bars for me, but it also might have blocked 4 and my cell may have boosted it's own signal to get a signal. I used the material as a blanket and tested it out. I am RF sensitive and get pain in my legs from RF in my bedroom. Reduced the pain. If you are looking to block 100%, of course it depends on the dBs you are getting in your area from the nearest cell tower and you may have to combine the fabric with other alternatives to block everything - just keep that in mind. Also keep in mind where the signals are coming from. I hardwire all my electronic devices (no wifi here). Just an FYI, 4G in my Verizon area sends out a signal at 746-757MHz and 776-787MHz and those are the frequencies I tested it with. My dB level is unknown, but I get strong cell reception (4-5 bars).
