Q: Simple question...does it work?

But the answer to your second question is because it was formulated for men. Most of the skin care market is marketed towards women so because of that there is an important market for men. Why are most skin care products made specifically for women?

Q: Is it ok for teens to use it?

I think its never too early to start taking care of your skin. I would think it would be ok. Just make sure that he uses his ring finger, its the weakest when applying the product. Plus avoid when using product not to apply too close to the eye. I say this because he is a teen. Otherwise, its fantastic product.
