Great kit! Tips below!
What a great and easy kit this is! I quickly and almost painlessly pierced my very terrified almost teen’s ears and they look great! Really she was amazed how fast and easy this was. After a few seconds she was shocked and said it did not hurt!Some tips: Do wash hair first so everyone can be less stressed about things catching when the hair is brushed out or next wash (it’s completely secure, but for someone with zero piercings who stresses easily, it is one less worry).Do clean your ears first well (I like to use a Chlorhexidine wash (hibiclens) before and then a wipe (prevent ) both also sold on amazon) and I also cleaned with a wipe the earring post and back pre-doing the deed. This gun is manually controlled. There’s no huge pop or automatic spring which I like better for control especially with an anxious kid who may move.Which is my next tip. A bit of a fib/white lie, but ask if they want you to do it on three or after three — and then pull the trigger on two! They will be busy holding still on two and then you can say you were confused and do it again same way in the other side. It really helps with the fidgets/anxiety. Better done in the right spot with the right angle than sorry.This was mostly painless and very easy! Way easier than when I was a kid with ice and a needle or at a mall! The earrings also look great!One more tip: I also bought a flat back and silicone set to switch so as to make her sleeping easier. We’ll change to that back before bed and do a quick cleaning plus germolene (also all sold here) which has lidocaine.Now I have 2 sets left over and “only” 6 piercings myself. Hmmm….. maybe I also need more….?

So easy and fast, little to no pain. You do need someone to do it who is not squeamish because it isn't a gun, you have to push it through the flesh quickly with your thumb. My husband said he can feel the pressure while he pushed it. You gotta do it really fast in one motion or it will fall apart halfway through. Also note that this is one time use, do not do a test run (like in the air to test how it feels to push it) because it will fall apart and not be usable! My husband learned that the hard way 😂 Also note that if you are re-piercing ears that closed up MAKE SURE THE NEEDLE IS LINED UP PERFECTLY WITH THE ORIGINAL HOLE or you will end up with 2 holes either close together or one long line of a hole if the holes intersect, and earrings will fall out because its too big of a hole. Make sure the needle is touching the center of the original hole (not even a few mm away from it cuz in that few mm it can move while you press it).

They are cute and well made except
They are cute but the prongs that hold the stone are not set well and they get stuck on everything hair blankets pillowcases it's a pain.

Worked great!
These were great! I used to pierce ears at Claire's and was pretty comparable to the machine they use. The back did stick in one of the guns but was pretty easy to pop out and put on earring. Used one on the love of one daughter and used another to do my daughter's cartlidge. Worked well and as expected. Wouls buy again.

Very quick and easy! I thought I would have to press hard to get it to go through the ear lobe and I did not. Went very smoothly!
