Few people know what Financiers are, so this was a surprise and the little gold bars that it turns out are perfect!

Got this for my son’s cooking class, he loves it!

Love the size but dislike that didn't come out of pan properly

The manufacturer does a far better job with photos than I could, so just take my word that they are not misrepresenting this tray. The cups are uniform, and while I did use some Baking Pam on my first batch, I decided to risk a second batch without, and they did not stick. There may have been residual spray, but frankly I've done too much baking to leave the outcome of my efforts up to a manufacturer's claims about how "Nonstick" their products are (unless it is actually Pam saying it.) My only complaint might be that this pan is incredibly flimsy. As far as baking goes, this could be good or bad, since the metal is thinner it may reduce bake times, but also I'm 100% certain I could fold this in half like a paper airplane if I wanted. But that's the thing; I don't want to, because its just a nice little pan to churn out some 3-bite sized cakes/brownies/whatevers. So while I do have the issue of it feeling flimsy, this is also half the price of anything by Nordic Ware, so I think its totally fine. Is it perfect? No. But for what it costs I think this is a fun pan that can be a great way for some people to add some variety to their kitchen without breaking the bank. 5/5.
