ComfiTECH Foot Ice Pack Wrap for Feet, Cooling Boot for Ankle, Cold Heel Pad for Plantar, Large

I suffer from plantar fasciitis and at times, it can be unbearable (most recently it has been the worst ever). Working at a hospital, I’m always walking and bending down or squatting. I needed to find some relief after long days ASAP! I stumbled upon this product and decided to give them a try. I put them in the freezer to let it get cold and get a bit icy and then took them out and put them on. My feet love these!! They are comfortable and easy to manipulate if needed. You can also heat these up if you want to. Anywho, I’m so glad I found these. I wear a size 9 in women shoes and I got the medium.

Product is a little tight for the foot if you’re wearing a size 10 and socks, but it’s doable. Once on, it literally fits like a glove. Better than any ice pack I’ve used because this nestles right up to all areas of my foot and keeps it very cold for more than enough of the recommended time (@ 20-30 minutes).Freezes fast! Very flexible even when at coldest temperature.

OMG, bless the Inventors of thisproduct!! This is my third foot surgery (long story) and I so wish I had them for the other two!!! The boots are so soothing, they fit comfortably over the incision area and the cooling is decent. However could be cooler and maintained longer. I have to swap them out too frequently. I purchased the medium and it's perfect. If you're nursing an ankle I would purchase the large. The velcro on the straps holds well. I love them and have also used them to pacify tendinitis in my wrist.

Works and I like that it covers the whole foot. For me though, it was hard to put on because I have a high instep and I had to force my foot in. Its plenty long enough. I wear a woman's size 6 so I don't need it to be long. The opening wasn't big enough for me, especially if my foot is swollen which is why I would put these on in the first place.

Booties were frozen stiff they had to thaw a bit to be able to shape them once they were pliable i put them on they felt comfortable nice and cold the fit was good it said medium on it. I left them on til the cold left. My feet toes ankles swelling went almost all the way down which was great easy to use. The pain and soreness from swelling left also. I would purchase again if needed. Priced a little high it was worth it.

As I was putting them on the back of the behind the ankle ripped in half on both pairs. Poor construction and material. I’m still able to use them because of the straps. That’s why I gave them a three stars. Otherwise would have been zero stars.

Love these ice packs, I had a recent foot surgery, and these really help ease the pain in my foot. If you have swelling, go up a size even if your shoe size is in the "small" location. It can be a little tight when trying to put on and often times I have to remove my ace wrap to put them on! but other than that 10/10 helps my swelling/pain immediately. If you were thinking about getting these but were worried, take this review as a sign to get them!

Takes a couple hours to freeze enough to feel cold, then get about half hour wear time.Wish they were made with solid bottom so one could walk in them.
