SuzziPad Cold Therapy Socks & Hand Ice Pack, Cooling Gloves for Chemotherapy, Chemo Care Package for Women and Men, S/M

I use this product for my chemotherapy treatments and it works well. The hands were almost too cold when using both the top and bottom ice packs. They are easy to transport. The socks and gloves are soft and comfortable. The socks fit well over my socks and I wear a size 8.

I have used the product with the belief it will help me. It is comfortable to use with the gloves and socks. It is too soon to definitively state that it will help preventing neuropathy.

I bought these extra cold packs to get me thru all my chemo treatment. It was a long day. Thankfully, I have access to a freezer. I should maybe have switched them out just a little sooner, but they never got to room temperature but did stay at least cool at the end. Mr first chemo treatment drug took longer bc they started slow to see how I'd react. The second portion was only a 1/2 hour drip. 11 weeks to go on this portion of my regime. I hope this staves off nail problems and neuropathy. I had purchased the small gloves and socks for my size 8 US feet.

These work well and keep my hands and feet cold during chemo. Last about 45 min so you may need more than one set. Easier to use than ice that melts.

I wore these for 12 rounds of chemo (Paclitaxel). I bought 2 sets and one extra set of freezer pads for the mittens and booties. My 1-hour treatment, plus 20 min beforehand and 20 min after means I wore each pair for about 35 min. It was excruciating to have my hands and feet encased in ice for over an hour and a half, but I didn't develop neuropathy and I give the credit to this terrific product. They were easy to freeze, clean, and use. The mittens were not tight, which I liked. The booties were snug.

These don’t hold cold for very long. Well designed socks and mittens. Will just get more ice packs to rotate. Just wish description was honest about how long they last. Luckily the nurse made me some ice packs to get through treatment.

If you are researching this item you have cancer or someone you care about has it and I want to say, You got this! I just finished my third treatment. I have stage 4 endometrial cancer. Praying for a remission to have a few more years with my four kids before the cancer returns. This product is the best money spent out of all the items I have bought. The cold cap did nothing but freeze my head I still lost my hair by my second treatment. But these gloves and socks have really helped the neuropathy. One tip put on soft fussy socks on your feet and your hands before you put the ice pack gloves on your feet and hands. I can only tolerate the gloves about 30 minutes. I have no problem keeping the socks on for an hour. They really work. Good luck on your journey. Be brave, be fierce, be strong. Your not alone.
