Great cameras
The media could not be loaded. These are my third and fourth cameras by BlazeVideo. I really like them. I bought my first one, the 720p model, (SL01, I think) on a lark after reading a newspaper story about a guy who captured wildlife video outside his suburban home. I was amazed at the great videos it captured, including a bobcat I had no idea was living around my house! (See attached video.) So I bought another one that has full 1080p HD to put in my backyard to see what I could find. Then I decided to get one or two more cameras for security purposes around my house. Much cheaper than a security system! The only problem with the first two I have is the red glow from the infrared LEDs at night. Animals don't see it as anything important, but a human definitely would if the camera were in his field of vision. I noticed that Blaze sells these "no-glow" versions as a two-pack. I can confirm that they work fine, and the LEDs do not glow! They are basically the same as the other two I own. Easy to set up, have an option for four or eight batteries for up to six months of life in the field. The daylight color videos are superb. At night, they are black-and-white and not as sharp, but still good, as you can see by my video. I have seen other trail cameras for twice as much as these. I think these are a real bargain for what they can do.

Great Trail Cam!
This is a great trailcam! It's easy to use, has a very long battery life (and is flexible with options), and has performed without incident. It does not record audio. It does capture pictures and/or video in time lengths you can select. It can be loaded with 4 or 8 AA batteries, making it flexible for the power requirements or giving it a longer time you can keep it in operation before having to change the batteries.UPDATE: After less than 4 months of use, I am having an issue with one of the cameras. When I close the access door, power to the camera gets disconnected. I have contacted BlazeVideo to see how they will handle this. The product literature states they warrant their products for 1 year. I will write back with the outcome.

Not a wise investment.
I purchased 5 of these cameras 14 months ago for use as game cameras in East Texas. 3 are still working. These cameras put out excellent day pictures and video but the night pictures are often grainy and streaked. Battery life is great. I turn the detector to low after trying high and medium only to discover wind blowing grass will set the cameras off. They are easy to set up and use but I have been using various game cameras for many years. I will not purchase any more of these for 2 reasons. The first is their construction. They are NOT rainproof. They leak, fog up, short out and the batteries burn. The second reason is the customer service. I sent an email requesting information about repairs before I realized I was beyond the limits of the warranty. My bad, but in so doing I discovered the service is outsourced to someone with a cryptic grasp of the English language. After requesting the process for repairs for the two that were out I received this response; “I am really so sorry for that and can you please tell me all of them can not work “Bottom line, if you want to use the camera for monitoring anything, keep the camera covered and out of direct contact with rain.

Excellent trail camera!
This camera is exactly what I wanted for my hog tracking, it also worked pretty good during deer season. Clear pictures day or night, great video day or night, and the battery life is pretty good too. One note about setting the sensitivity level, put it on low or normal unless you're putting it inside. It'll pick up every leaf twitch if you put it on high sensitivity and put it outside. That results in a ton of nothing to see videos and pictures. Learned that after the first week.

Impressive for price.
Simple startup. Once you brief on the manual the controls are sensible and not over complicated. Once your settings are set, it's click on and go. Nice little color LCD for field viewing. Bright (invisible) infra red flood for night vision. Decent quality nighttime images in black and white, and color pics in daylight. Takes video and or still shot upon motion activation. Good for use as a security camera, as there is no flash or blinking lights whatsoever visible in the dark during operation. Also a time lapse setting for other projects like watching a plant grow. I have not used it long enough to give a battery life review, but I assume it lasts longer taking still shots instead of video. But I still have full battery after some uses.

Worth the money
I was skeptical, but they’re all made in China, so no big deal on the brand. They have all (5) worked flawlessly thus far and have captured all the wildlife my farm has to offer. Easy to setup/use, and the battery life(Energizer Lithiums) are fantastic. Once the cold harsh weather of winter in the Midwest comes and goes, I’ll have a better idea of their year round worthiness. Right now, 5 Stars.I have a card reader that works with my iPhone, so I don’t use the internal viewing screen for checking pics and vids.

Works better than I thought it would
This camera is terrific. I bought two and they pick up everything. I bought them because I had a bear not ten feet from my door and after that wanted to see what comes through the yard at night I have seen quite a few animals who visit in the night. I have learned not to point it at a low hanging tree, that when the camera is set on high picks up every movement of a leaf and picks up tiny spiders and their webs The pictures are good and the video is good too. I am really enjoying reviewing the SD card the next morning to see who was here the night before. As others have shared definitely re-format the SD card every time before resetting the camera.

Camera stopped working after 1 yr!
Bought this as a Christmas present on Amazon for a family member at Xmas 2018. The camera worked fine for ~11months;, although we had to change batteries several times. But then in the last month of 2019 we found we had no pictures recorded. batteries Ok, so we put it down to bad luck (ie. no wildlife..) . When this happened a second time I brought the camera inside for a thorough checking and found that when I turned it on there was a clicking noise from the inside, so it seems like it's bust! very disappointing as it's hardly had arduous duty in our back garden!

A good camera from a helpful company
Having had an old generation Blaze Wildlife camera which was excellent, I am so pleased to own this new generation camera which is superb. I have foxes, a hedgehog and the occasional field mouse in my garden + many birds which are recorded in detail. And of course it captures humans in deatail. This camera is well worth the money and I recommend multiple purchases if you have extensive property. The company selling it are very helpful indeed and very willing to help with any queries.

You get what you pay for.
I purchased these in July 2018. Just over a year later one camera stopped working. It was fine one day and just stopped the next. Now the second camera has also stopped working. I can't really recommend the purchase of these to anybody unless it is for occasional use in their back garden. This model was only 720 not 1080 so unless the lighting conditions are perfect and whatever you are trying to capture is very close to the camera it can be almost impossible to distinguish just what has triggered the sensor. Not ideal if you are using it to keep an eye on property as i was. I'm not sure if the newer models are more reliable but having full HD must be an improvement. In summary, when it was working and the conditions were favourable it was ok but the lack of full HD coupled with the build quality issues really lets it down. You get what you pay for.

Four Stars great service
great camera for wildlife followers, we live in the country and wondered who or what was digging in our front lawn, using this camera we found out that the culprit were a family of lovely badgers, another night we could see foxes visiting, we saw our favourite which was the lovely hedgehog snuffling around, great. If it wasn't for our new wildlife camera we would never have seen all these lovely critters.Leave it on in the daytime it will let you know who's been calling at your front door be it animal or human.Great fun glad we bought the camera.

Does ok for the price
I bought it to capture images and videos of wildlife visiting my garden. It's taken some time to work out how to get the best out of it as the instructions are not very clear.Hungry on batteries. Either buy lithium batteries or rechargeable to keep the cost down.Captured images and videos are ok. There is a 5 second minimum delay on recording, which is annoying as with fast moving animals, they can have passed before recording starts. I haven't found any way of changing or disabling this.
