I didn't get this for bread per se, I'll try that later, but I got this for making breaded sausages in the oven, I poured in some batter, dropped in a sausage, then poured in a little more batter, and baked. Turned out awesome. Would definitely recommend. (Just make sure you follow the included seasoning instructions before use.)

These are really non-stick. We put them on a cookie sheet in the oven. In our never-ending quest for low carb, wheat-free breads, we used these to make hotdog buns. The size of the finished product was about Luke a commercial Hoagie bun, so if you want hotdog buns, maybe underfill them a little. We bought more so we can make more buns at each bake session.

The only problem I have is the starting use instructions. Weird! Of all bake pans I've purchased these are the most unusual instructions. Cleaning after use is normal. I intend to buy more, you need more than 3 pans for hot dog rolls. Duh!Haven't found a package of three hot dogs in the market yet. All in all, they are worth the price.

These make great homemade hot dog buns. Wish it came with instructions on how much dough to use. I will just have to experiment a little to figure it out. I use my bread dough recipe for whole wheat honey oatmeal bread and it worked great. They cooked great. I only purchased a set of three and then when back and purchased another set.

These came in a pack of three. Easy to clean. However, one pan had a blemish in the metal that compromises the integrity of the material on the pan after several uses and washes. I should’ve exchanged these, but hate sending stuff back I need to use and just accept imperfections, as a result.

Smooth, well made, non-stick is great. Makes perfect size hot dog buns that can hold a quarter pounder just fine.

I did not know that so much would have to be done just to use them and to continue to use them. I probably will just use one as a template for cutting out dough.

I love love these pans, I just made brioche hotdog buns, and they turned out perfect, today I am buying a second set of the same item. And also I am buying more of the other shapes. Thanks for the good quality.

with my stand mixer, i mix up a batch of 8 hot dog buns and put them in the freezer, and pull them out as i need them. The molds make them look great, make them consistent in size and much easier to handle the dough. Sure beat store bought buns.

I bought these for gluten-free baking. They are good quality fairly heavy metal with a non-stick finish.Be aware that there are some 'look-alikes' out there that are a bit smaller and not quite as good a quality.
