Be aware this item ships without a box and packing materials. A shipping label is merely affixed to the plastic wrapper that bundles 8 ceiling tiles. At 50 lbs a bundle, the corners and edges are vulnerable to damage when delivery people drop or place the bundle on its side. Thank goodness the seller, UnbeatableSale, insured the shipment. I contacted them about the damaged goods and provided pictures, they submitted a claim with the carrier and gave me a refund; all very quickly. Five stars to UnbeatableSale in how they handled and address the issue. And carrier picked up the bundle at my house for the return shipment at no cost to me. No cost, other than time and frustration, that is.In the pic, the brown on the topside is actually the back of a tile. The brown on the edges is wrapping paper. And plastic bundles 8 ceiling tiles together. This is how the ceiling tiles were shipped.
