Works great. The app is easy to use, found the fault in about 10 seconds, cleared in about the same.Notes:1) The manual is a little dated and doesn't go thru every little step. If you know even a teeny bit about using the settings menu on your Android phone, you'll not have any issues. Also, Just use the latest install file on the CD that looks similar to the one in the manual. There's really only two, and one appears to be for Russia (did not use that one, Comrades).2) Android will NOT like it when you try to install the file that you transferred from the CD. Will give multiple warnings about 3rd part software, security, etc. Not sure why the manufacturer doesn't upload the software to the Play Store, would give peace of mind. Might uninstall it between uses as it installs pretty quickly. Never know these days.

This is my first home OBD Plug-in, so I lack the reference to judge much, but it works, and I can now tell the difference between a sensor in my wiper fluid tank being bad and my engine approaching a slag state, so I'm pleased. Most of the fussy differences are more about the app, and as you have a choice of multiple free and pay options, that one is on the consumer, not the device. It's really nice to have the additional info before taking truck in for service, as I have a source of unbiased info. All and all, really glad to have it.

I've had random engine lights as well as people in the family. One person let the car idle too long. I'd just attach and clear. If it came back, then it was time to let the mechanic check it out. If it didn't come back, we saved about $60.00 for the dealer to just look at it.

As far as diagnosis and codes this unit is fine but it is quite large compared to other code readers I have seen. To be fair, the others we're Bluetooth only and this one does Bluetooth and wifi so that extra hardware has to go somewhere. I don't have an android phone anymore so I need the wifi unit to work with my iPhone. I found it will work with the free app OBD2 Check so I don't have to buy an app as well a scanner.

I love it! This has helped me so much. I have a Suzuki that was running the P050A with a cold start and a rough idle and was able to figure that out thanks to this. I've used a bluetooth reader before, but this was the first time I had ever used one that worked with wifi. It was easy to clear the code, since it wasn't a major problem.

Must buy smart phone software which is very expensive ($60 for full functionality). Recommend software is not available for iPhone. Manual is very brief. Worked well on my Honda Pilot. Got red light when plugged into my Subaru Forester and manual gives no information on what that indicates.

I'm using this with an iPhone and bought the $10 dashcommand download for it. It works well and displays the timing for correct distributer position on my Chevy Vortec engine. I did need to buy another $10.00 download to read GM codes but I would have paid far more going to a repair garage.

This works exceedingly well. I had bought a $26 wired one from Amazon which is basically junk. You do need a smart phone and you will probably want to spend about $10 for an app. But the wireless far surpasses what the wired ODB can tell you.
