I recently gifted it to a friend and she is loving it! It looks super premium and does the job perfectly. The design is aesthetically pleasing and it is really easy to use, making it perfect for beginners. She is enjoying brewing her coffee at home and I am happy with the purchase! Makes for a great gift and is easy on the budget.

Mahine is good, cofee decauction is fine, although like traditional way it doesn't squeeze completely as it just boils water and passes to cofee powder, so there may be some wastage, so u may have to add more cofee powder to get stronger, takes around 2 to 3 minutes to complete, if u keep the jar in the device without switching of it keeps the jar warm for 40 minutes, before first use read the manual.

Very poor customer support, the borosilicate jug is delicate, have a broken jug, contacted customer service, have been asked to call after 15th April, yes you heard right after 15th April and this is 2weeks ago and January, if you can't support don't sell the product.

Just unpacked and used today 1/1/26 .. design to built to easy to operate.. It's worth buying at this price

Decent product did work perfectly fine for 8 months. But after 8 months it now stops working intermittently. So making a cup of coffee can take 5 minutes or 30 depending on the machine's mood.

I recently ordered this coffee machine, Ratna gave a very good virtual demo. The machine is good and meets my expectations. It is good quality , easy to use and surely a good to have for coffee lovers.
