Can be mounted on saddle or rear rack
This item is much sturdier than the mount supplied with the Garmin Varia radar. It can be mounted on the saddle, or if you have a rear rack, it can be mounted in place of the reflector on the rack. I had to do this on one bike because any cargo loaded on the rack would block the radar if it was mounted on the saddle.

Very solid mount
Comes with everything needed to mount under the saddle directly to the saddle rails. Once secured into place, this mount is very solid and does not shift or move at all.

Sturdy Option for Varia
I bought a Garmin Varia to help me know when traffic is coming up behind me. I love the Varia and this is a sturdier mount than what comes with the product. I wish it would come out a little further in the back to clear the saddle bag but this works ok.

Not as in the picture, inferior quality, had to modify to be able to use it
the support was different from the picture, where the screws that attach the plastic socket to the GoPro style mount were too long, I had to find different ones with same thread to be able to secure it. On the picture the GoPro mount style where the socket attaches is made of metal and stays centered, on the shipped product, it was plastic and it sits off-center.

DO NOT BUY IT IF YOU VALUE YOUR DEVICE
When I got it, I was impressed: it was way lighter than analogues (about 25 grams), fit saddle perfectly, allowed to adjust the tail radar so it was in desired position. Well, it lasted for about 100 miles of a ride - then this morning it just fell off together with my radar. Apparently, the connection between holding plates is not vibration-proof, so it's just a matter of time when it will unscrew. You've been warned.
