HIGHKY RECOMMEND!! I expect to need a loading phase on supplements to see them work. Most need to build up in your body. These, however, within three days night sweats and flashes were GONE. The price is half what some other brands with inferior unedited are charging. These are a great supplement at a great price.

After reading multiple reviews about how long it takes to work, I'd say it works immediately and takes awhile. Sleep and and anxiety improved quickly, but did not resolve. It was still bothersome but started to feel some relief. The longer I take it, the more improvement I see. I have a history of anxiety and depression and thought everything going on was a result of my body no longer responding to the meds I had used for years. Wrong! The increase in anxiety was due to perimenopause that resulted in a drop in estrogen which, in turn, increases cortisol. The formulation in the is supplement addresses all of the root causes of what's going on in the body so that it can ease how those changes manifest for you. BTW, if you research 'does anxiety increase with menopause?' you get very dismissive commentary unless you're on a menopause forum. It DOES increase anxiety and there is a biological reason for it. I will be continue with this supplement for as long as needed and it works. I will also be adding accupuncture. Menopause sucks but can be managed. Good luck!

I took one bottle and felt they were helping some. Then I stopped. I have done this twice now and realized......Whoa.Each time I went off them, Thats when I realized how much they were helping me. I really was sleeping better and it did not affect my moods but it did help with the night sweating which, in turn, helped me sleep and probably made me less crabby. I just ordered 2 more bottles. It did not work right away, it takes a few weeks to kick in and also, I tried to make them go farther and only took 2. I noticed a difference. Take 3 every single night, as the directions say. Its worth the $10

I'm in my mid-40s and likely pre-menopausal. I have been taking Now Foods' Female Balance for the past few years to regulate my cycle (that had begun to go haywire). Female Balance also helped with PMS and to balance my hormones. Now Foods discontinued Female Balance, so I started taking Olly Miss Mellow which also worked well for me (both supps' main ingredients were the same: Dong Quai and 50-85mg of Vitex/Chasteberry). I was having a hard time reupping the Olly Miss Mellow (out of stock on Amazon) so I decided to give this supp a try. Monday night I tried taking one capsule around dinner time -- no problems. The next day I took one capsule at breakfast, one at lunch (started to have a HORRIBLE headache and start feeling all-around gross and unwell), then one more capsule at dinner (symptoms got worse and my head hurt so bad I could barely sleep). The next day, Wednesday morning, I hadn't figured out that this was causing horrible side effects for me and I took another capsule with breakfast. That day i felt WRETCHED. Anxious, heart racing, horrible hot flashes, and the migraine headache that had started the day before was WORSE: throbbing headache so horrible I couldn't do anything and felt on the verge of vomiting. I confirmed with a test that I didn't have COVID, so I assumed it had to be the Menopause Support supp that was causing my strife as that was the only change i had made right before the symptoms started. I did a search/find for "headache" and "side effects" in these amazon reviews and found that many people had had a similar experience with terrible side effects after taking this supp. Sure enough, I abruptly stopped taking it and the next day i felt FANTASTIC. Right back to my old self. I am SO RELIEVED because the migraine headaches, hot flashes, nausea and anxiety felt awful -- I felt like I was going to die. Maybe this works for some people, but I would keep a journal if you start taking this. Take note of your dosing and any changes you notice in how you feel. If you notice headaches, hot flashes or any other unpleasant symptoms, I would stop taking it immediately. There are so many ingredients in this supplement that I have no idea what exactly was destroying me. Either I'm simply not menopausal and didn't need it or somehow I had a paradoxical reaction. Either way, I am not willing to try it again and threw it in the trash. Hope it works for you! If not, maybe try Olly Miss Mellow if you need help regulating your cycle or heavy PMS.

Y'all gotta understand... I'm 46... My thought was that you don't even start with menopause till 55+..... WRONG!!!!! I went to my ob/gyn on 06/03 she told me it could be pre menopause (what!?!?!) had blood drawn to check hormone levels and ordered this supplement... Friday 06/04 I received this and I was called to tell me I've started pre menopause!!! 😭😩 Ok.. I've been feeling tired and worn out... Hot flashes galore too include night sweats! I honestly thought it was just too friggin hot here in AZ.... Welp! Last night 06/10/2021 I slept like a baby!!!! I just got this Friday 06/04!!! I thought... It's gonna take forever for it to take effect! No! I've been taking 3 every night... I slept 9 full hours! I feel rested! I didn't wake up all sweaty and wanting to bring down the a/c to like 50 to freeze my husband and son.... Ladies! The price, you honestly can't beat it! I truly do hope that this continues working for me and anyone else taking the supplement! I had been feeling so hopeless and sad about the whole situation...
