Good Device - Works as advertised
I have a HP Multi-function printer / scanner that I bought from Asia to the US. AS it was relatively new, I didn't replace it. This unit provided the perfect solution for me and works well. No adapters, the UK plug fits natively and the wall plug is a native US plug. Definitely would recommend (check the Watts or the item you plan to plug in first - that's very important).

Tried it with a printer from Europe. Works great! Pros: Works! No noise Plug&play Cons: Power ON light status is faded, I cannot see when it's powered on in the daytime.

Better looking
Have for kitchen, and working great so far. Other units can be switched to go 220-110 or 110 to 220, this cannot, but on the other end it looks better and fits in the kitchen. It does make a barely audible humming noise when on. Docking a star due to the noise and also the price.

works well
Works well. I like that it does not automatically power on once connected to the outlet but must be switched on from its power button. That should help to protect appliances.

Bad quality
Do not buy. It eorked for one eeek and then stopped working at all. I will return it.
