Great Bike At A Great Price
Just got back into biking after a 15 year or so hiatus and this is the bike I ended up with. Did a lot of research, sat on a few, and it seemed like this particular model had the best bang for the buck going for it. So far I'm using it to commute to work and some light trails as I try to whip myself back into some semblance of decent shape. Only been on it for a few rides so far but I have zero complaints. The technology on this bike for the price compared to what was available when I first started riding is surprising to me. Love the hydraulic brakes...they work really well. All of the major components feel solid so far even if they're not the top-end. Like most bikes, the stock saddle and pedals are pretty much junk. The saddle is extremely stiff and uncomfortable and was quickly replaced with a WTB Pure V Comp which is a good bit better without breaking the bank. I never really loved clipless pedals except when on a climb, so for now I swapped the stock pedals for a pair of VP Vice platforms and I like them a great deal so far. I also swapped out the handlebars and seatpost for some inexpensive carbon-fiber ones because I'm one of those people that has to "customize" anything I own. Otherwise that's about all I plan to mess with on this bike for now. I think for $799 it's a REALLY solid deal on this bike. MSRP is $1200 and I see them advertised pretty much everywhere for $999. When I saw it for $799 brand new for this year's model I jumped on it and I'm glad I did. I definitely think this bike will be able to handle anything I plan to put it through.

Best Hard tail 29er!!
Using this bike for commute and weekend trails. A well built bike and the 2015 frame design looks far better than current 2016 design. Quick shipping and Easy to put together from the box. For the price (w/ Nashbar coupon), you get great components on this bike. The fork, although it's an entry level Rockshox w/ coil spring, gets the job done and is surprisingly smooth. Deore components are considered entry level for trails, but I think they are as good as XT. Shifting and braking have been flawless on the bike so far. Definitely recommended!!
