400 for 60 seconds worked perfect every time

I do .5 larger than the coaster is

The sublimation is not coming through. I tried cricut heat press and my clam shell. Any suggestions? Before I return?

When I used this I did 365 for 45secs. I use a clamshell heat press, hippo sublimation ink and HTVRont sublimation paper. What are your settings? Another thing you can try is to also make sure you are applying heavy pressure in your heat press.
