Love Ho’oponopono
This is the best little book for healing meditation moving away from past trauma l. This practice has saved my life.

Good to read & refer
The book is some 35-40 pages read. It is collection of different ways to meditate & do Ho'oponopono prayer/mantra. I was happy with the content as I get data to refer back for any topic randomly like inner child meditation / Tibetan breathing meditation / anger / etc. It is good for new ideas to use with Ho'oponopono. I would recommend it to anyone who is starting off with Ho'oponopono. It is priced fairly according to me.

I have been practising Ho’oponopon Silence 2011 and all I Can say is that it works. When diving and I Get behind someone who is driving slow or indecisive and I feel frustatated, i just use the montra and the problem goês way

Hace ya tiempo que uso Ho'Oponopono, pero me gusta leer sobre el tema y tener ideas nuevas. En este libro da alguna forma nueva de aplicar esta técnica maravillosa. Lo recomiendo.
