I have type 2 diabetes and this last year I have noticed a numbness and pain in my feet. The only help I've been given from my doctors is to take water tablets and to never walk around barefoot! The water tablets help a little but it's no fun having to pop to the toilet every 20 minutes for about 3hrs after taking them. I also worry that they are putting a lot of strain onto my kidneys. So I started researching what else I could do to help myself. That's when I came across ALC tablets (I also take a high dose vitamin B) together these are really starting to help.It's not 100% but it has help I'd say 60% with the heat and pain I was getting especially at night. I know these aren't a cure but I'm hoping that the longer I take these the more they will help. I also have my 85yrs old mum on these too as she has nerve pain in her foot from having a bad stroke 9yrs ago. She has also said these pills are helping her.

On opening the pot I was concerned to see not all the capsules were filled properly to the same level. That would mean each dose would not be equal. This wasn’t just one or two capsules. More than half the pot had capsules that were not filled properly. This is not a settling of the product issue, the capsules have just been filled to different levels. I didn’t feel this was safe and you wouldn’t actually be getting the dose it stated on the pot. Amazon refunded.

It does what it should I noticed some changes only I found it hard to swallow hence the three stars
