I bought this headset because I wanted one with a charging dock for gaming and voice chat on my PC and this one was within my budget. I read through several reviews, and as usual, basically all of the 5 star reviews seemed like they were fake reviews but I searched through the 1, 2, and 4 star reviews as well. The vast majority of 1 and 2 star reviews were from console users complaining about the headset losing connection with their console. I saw no PC connectivity complaints from anyone and since I could return them if needed, I decided to take the chance and buy them.I've had this headset for a little over 2 weeks now and I have zero complaints. It worked well right away, I have used it for multiple hours every day since it was delivered, and I have not had a single connection issue with it. I'm not an audiophile by any definition but I can say that this headset sounds better than any headset I've had before. The bass hits when playing something like DOOM are much more intense than through my normal speakers or my old, wired headset. The mic also seems to be good quality. My wife helped me out with my initial voice chat test to see how things sounded when I first set it up and she told me that I sound clearer and more true to life with this mic than with any other headset I've had as long as she's known me.I have no way to compare this headset to other, similar headsets so I can't say how it stacks up to others. All I can say is that it does exactly what I wanted it to, does it well, and I am very happy with the purchase.

The microphone does this thing where it tries to even out the audio so it always sounds normal but all it actually does it make it hard for everyone to hear you. For example, if you talk with the microphone right in front of your mouth to make it louder, it will automatically lower your microphone volume so it doesn't sound loud to the people your talking to. This would be fine if it turned the volume back up when you move it back away from your mouth, but it doesn't. After turning down the volume, it stays turned down and you have to mess with the mic and mute/unmute it to get it back to normal. Also the mic breaks very easily. As for sound quality, the bass is good but the mids and highs are ok at best. Also the headset is just not loud enough.

So, I was going to return it, but after troubleshooting and watching many videos on various other headsets, I got it to stop randomly disconnecting every few minutes. The troubleshooting was as follows:1. Turned off my 2.4 g wifi signal2. Deleted Dolby app3. Moved connection from front to back4 drug wire across room and set next to meAfter which, it started to work and did not disconnect. I then went and began reversing the process and turned the Wi-Fi on, reinstalled the app, moved back across the room, and with all of that, it still worked fine. Finally, I moved the connection to the back, and within five minutes, it started to randomly disconnect. I now have a charging station behind the TV and a transmitter in the front of the Xbox, and it works fine, so there is something interfering in the back. Overall, the sound is great. The Atmos is awesome as far as hearing where something is and sounds good with music from games as well. The mic can be a bit weird at times. Sometimes I am too loud for people, and sometimes I am not. I am not sure if that is me or the mic. It does get pretty loud on the volume. Overall, I like the build of it. It could use more breathable ear cups, but that is nitpicking. I charged it up after figuring out the problem and played for six hours, and it says it is still on high battery, so it is still full of charge. I will have to see how long it lasts. I like the charge base with the USB in it if you can use it that way. I can't, as stated, but it is a cool design.UPDATE: After three weeks of six hours of daily use, I charged it twice. The first time, it reached medium charge after a week. I then stretched the next use to two weeks; it was still on medium when I charged it again. Didn't take but a few hours to charge back up.

Dont listen to the 1 star reviews this pairs perfectly with my xbox series x sound quality is really good and it's really comfortable not to mention the durability on this headset is also really good overall a 5/5 for me.

Quality headset and very reliable product. I've owned two of these and will continue to stick with them. The sound is great and the battery life is insane. You can't go wrong with this brand. I have a set of Astros I paid over 300.00 for and they are not even close to being as reliable for input or comfort.

I have gone through many headset looking for the perfect ones and these right here are it there bass boosted and sound amazing especially since I play rainbow six siege they are marvelous and they are definitely worth the money in my opinion.
