Been using this product for 2 months now with normal diet and exercise and busy working lifestyle. My starting weight was 13st 7lb now I’m at 13st 11lb and feel really happy with the results thank you. Strawberries and cream this time and again tastes fantastic just like the others and I highly recommend.

The product itself is good and does what it says. It can be used for weight gaining/bulking or even slimming depending on your diet and training regime. It’s competitively priced was delivered in a good time, it mixes ok and tastes quite nice. My issue is with the delivery itself. The product arrived with a large crack in the tub (see pics). This meant that some of the powder had been lost. I initially requested a refund and was in the process of returning the item but it was going to cost me about £10 postage to return. Due to there not being in excess of £10 worth of powder lost I decided to keep the product and transfer it to another sealed tub. I honestly believe the damage was caused during transit by the courier, however I feel the damage could’ve been avoided/reduced though if the sender packed the item more securely. Please don’t let this review put you off from buying this product, or from this seller, just be aware that your product may be delivered damaged too.

Not the best flavour. Leaves a strange after taste

After 3 months, I got bigger 10kg, and I'm only taking 1 serving per day 3/4 times a week when I go to the gym. Really happy with the product! I am an ectomorph and this product is a big help for ectomorph since we can eat everything and not get any weight!
