Great controller
This controller works great. Easy to install if you buy the dedicated adapter for your vehicle. Put it in my 2021 Ram 1500 and it was plug and play. Nice controller for this price. Note that this controller has a delay feature...may not work as well for very trailers.

Great product. Plug and play
Works great. For some gm vehicles there is a 30 and 40 amp fuse that will need to be installed in the panel under the hood for the trailer auxiliary. Will update with long term performance

Brake controller
Did a 16 hour trip one way and it work flawless. Its simple to use and plug and play, you do have to order the wiring harness separate considering it would be vehicle specific. With both was less than 100 bucks. Im very pleased with this product and I recommend it.

Faulty right out of the box. Brought up a collision avoidance system failure alarm every time I applied the trailer brakes. Flattened the battery in a few hours.

After spending over 2 hours installing trailer brake controller, its defective out of the box. Error code says internal problem. Not impressed at all Trying to return it is even more frustrating. Have to pay for return postage and may get reimbursed. Be careful if you order from Canada Direct. Eventually had to call Amazon and still waiting
