This came broken... I dont know whether this is replaceable or not as it shows "non returnable" Amazon provided a replacement, which was delivered very next day. Pros - Nice and highly pigmented Very creamy and moisturising Very reasonable Very neatly packed. Cons - Colours are not what they seem, but no minus points for that as we know this happens with all products online. Shade isn't what it seems it is. Eg bond girl looked maroony red, but its more rusty red. Barely there seems a nice neutral shade in pic, but actual lipper is orangish... Twinkle pink and barely there are hardly visible on my skin tone. But its good for ombre effect
