It's cute and cost effective!
I bought the full set of these brushes (see last pic- think I spent about $28-$30 in total) and I love how cute and uniform they are. The hairs are looser and less tightly packed than the OG Eco brushes. I compare the "Defined Crease" brush from the two different sets up close so you can see. I think they'll be easier to clean and quicker to dry for that reason though. They are just as soft to the touch as the OG set. Honestly picked these for two reasons: I wanted something aesthetically pleasing and I trusted Ecotools more than random brands off of Amazon- especially since I was purposefully buying a cheaper product. Especially considering some people reported mold and weird smells from similar products. Are there some tiny imperfections in the build quality? Yes. (The metal can stick away from the wood a bit) Are there 1-2 loose hairs? Yeah. But this eye set alone costs about the same as a single Starbucks coffee, or the same amount as 1 singular e.l.f. make-up brush, so what more could you ask for? (IMO anyway) So far, the minor issues haven't affected the ability to use the product. I do think the value for money is there. Color: the metal portion is like a blush pink and the wooden part is a pale off-white/pink shade. I think if you are balling on a budget (like me!) or are buying this for a teen new to the make-up world then they will love 🫶🏻 even with minor issues, I still recommend!

Nice quality, good brand
Works great! Love this addition to my makeup tools. EcoTools have been consistently good for me

Good brushes but beat up packaging
The brushes seem fine...soft, good quality especially at this price point. I am afraid though that this is not a permanent part of the line. And one star off for damaged packaging. I mean it was really beat up but brushes inside seemed fine.

They apply the makeup well
Good brushes for the price!

Great quality and beautiful color
I absolutely love this set and have no issues with fibers falling out and leaving me with a hairy chest after use. Easy to clean and they keep their shape very well.

These are exactly what they say they are
I don’t do my makeup a lot or use a lot of eyeshadow these days but they definitely work and are soft. Good quality

Nope
Was dirty, crushed and bent, with old adhesive residue all over it. One of the brush handles was printed/attached wrong, and another looked like it had been used before. This was supposed to be a gift and instead it looked like some crushed up used product from the clearance section of Marshall’s.

Beautiful, But Poor Quality
They look beautiful, but they literally just didn't hold up. They frayed like crazy, and no amount of soap and reshaping could save them. This was less of an issue on the smaller, denser brushes, but very noticeable on the fluffier brushes. I wash my brushes after every use for sanitation reasons (I easily break out), and by the 3rd use they already looked awful. My Real Techniques and Morphe brushes are complete fine, so this really does seem to be an EcoTools problem. I recently just gave up and threw them out. It's disappointing because I love the look of their tools and their mission, but none of that makes up for a sub par product.

One brush body is cracked or misaligned with the head part. Some other brushes can see some gaps around the connecting part with the metallic area..

Poor quality. The ends of the brushes are different lengths. They will do the job and perhaps I shouldn’t have expected too much given the price. If I hadn’t damaged the packaging opening them, they would have been returned.
