Orderd 2 styles from this brand. This smaller size worked best for the gate insede the door frame set up. Great quality, just added security because the rubber backing. Kept the larger size pads to use in regular wall set up if needed. Good product and price.

These little protectors do exactly what they say they'll do! They grip well and stay in position. Right now I'm using them on a baby gate that is in frequent use. The gate loosened, but the grips did not. Very pleased to have something that will protect my baseboards & walls and keep the gate in position. Will be ordering more for the other gates in my house!

GREAT PRODUCT. I installed a dog/baby gate I purchase off Amazon . needed an extra 1/4 in on each side to make for a tight fit. I also did not want to screw the gate directly into the wall of our new house. These wall protectors did the job. Looks clean and polished without ruining the wall and trim. Also helped to stabile the gate. Now it keeps my daughters dog fro reaching the cats litter box. Problem solved. Highly recommend this product as it can be used for multiple projects. BY the Way...Im a 64 yr old women and was able to assemble the gate and install in about 30 min max (well probably could have done it in record time if it weren't for the fur babies wanting attention)

The Wall Nanny is such a brilliant device! While it does take two people to install it, I like that I don't have to screw it into the wall, and it adds like a quarter inch to the gate which works for us, because we needed a little bit of extra space on the side for our cats to squeeze through, but you should keep in mind when deciding on what size date to buy. I especially love how much sturdier the Wall Nanny makes our gates! Our dogs have knocked over previous tension gates, which did a lot of damage to the walls, and our toddler has started shaking the gates trying to get out, but the Wall Nanny keeps it in place AND protects the walls from the tension rods! If you're even thinking about this, don't! Your walls and your sanity will thank you!

These do work extremely well. They are very grippy. My only gripe is that they mar the finish of painted walls and/or trim. It really isn't a big deal. It is still easier to fix that using the standard circles the gates come with directly against the wall.

Warning! Despite saying next day delivery, I've been waiting three days and they're still not here! I've gotten these before and they're awesome, but so far I've paid for them to sit in an warehouse, so I don't know if I'll even receive them at all. So discouraging.
