I have an older Jabra Pro 920 and these ear pads fit perfectly. Actually a more comfortable upgrade from the original pad.

Fits on a Logitech Mono H650e! The earpiece is firm and soft. It's nicer than the original earpiece (see photos). I like the mic covers that come with it too! Bonus! I was skeptical about some reviews not fitting their headsets, but it did mine. My headset is cheap, basic and simple. (It's earpiece was cheap too.) (So cheap, my ear was going to pop off and disown me.)

Why did you pick this product vs others?: Fit my Plantronics headset C3200. Were they easy to put on? No, but with patience they went on and fit nicely. They looked like they might have been too small when compared to the current ones but they do the job and price was good!

These cushions for higher end earphones are perfect for replacing those that have worn out due to age, and possibly lack of use or even over-use. I was pleased to see that I could still get them. So easy to install and very effective both for comfort and for noise cancellation.

I ordered these to replace deteriorated foam covers for a decades old headset. At about 2 inches in outside diameter these seemed like they would work on the slightly oval (1 7/8" x 2 1/8") earpieces on the old headset. With a little stretching and a few choice words (installing black slick covers on black slick plastic) they fit fine, are comfortable, and block out more outside noise than the original pads. In case it is of help to anyone the headset is a Labtec AXIS-302 probably purchased in the late 1990"s. Doubt I'll ever need the second set of covers that came in the package but they're here if I do. BTW, the microphone cover fit the old headset just fine also.

I bought this ear cushion kit for my daughter, who works from home. Her headphones cushions were causing ear pain, so I sent them to her. She immediately reported that her ears felt better, and the quality of sound on the other end of the call improved. Her job even commented on how much better it sounded. When they asked her what she had, she said her mom had bought them for her. This was a fantastic purchase!

These work/fit perfectly, I cannot say much about durability or quality at this stage it's been only like a couple of months, but they are pretty comfortable!

Others have already noted, and I will note the same, that these are on the small side for the Plantronics/Poly Blackwire 3220 but they do fit. Installation is fiddly but not difficult.
