Take two of these bad boys every single day. If I forget for a few weeks then I noticed when I am trying to recall a name of word there is an internal time lag between when I want the word and it pops into my mind (tip of tongue is the phrase). Take these and the time lag is mostly gone. I'm 68 if that makes any difference to your decision making. There are some things I take religiously, these are one of them.
