I purchased this to use for warm-up & cool down after running. The uses of it are really only bound by your imagination. With a search on Google you can find plenty of exercises or just make your own up. I’ve found it best for leg extensions and squatting to help strengthen legs, knees etc. really good purchase.

I was a bit concerned whether this strap will help me in the flexibility exercises I want to do but it turned out to be awesome. It's hard enough but not too hard that you can't actually stretch! I would totally recommend it to any people doing gymnastics or yoga.

Perfect, long exercise band. I just got the red one, very versatile. I use it at home, I attach it to some furniture and workout upper and lower body, limbs and rotations.

its a good resistance band, easy to pack small and bring it with me to the gym. Multiuse for different training. I just found it slightly loosen after Ive been using for a few month, but it still does the work.

Good quality bands. I bought various resistance over the last few months and use them to work on my pull ups and had no issue with them so far. Strong and resistant to weight.

the bands were looking good but are not of a great quality. They broke out within 2 session. broke 6 bands in a weeks time
