About the only green tea that doesn't taste like "hay water" to me. Their regular green tea is pretty good too. and I have tried many brands, seeking one that I could both tolerate and benefit from. I drink green tea only as a direct cure for my lifelong bursitis. If I step back from the green tea for a month or so... Here comes the bursitis! It is predictable, and has been that way for at least 30 years for me. No amount of NSAID's will fix it, either. If I drink the tea for just a couple of days, the inflammation and soreness go away. Every time. So yes! Healthy and tasty, especially in light of my preference to avoid regular green tea. Without sugar, by the way.
