I'm probably average sized. The large ring and the cock ring were snug, but with no real compression, a little too big. On the other hand the ball rigs were a shade small, IMO.

This is difficult to get on. It will, and it does, but it's almost too much effort for the return on investment. I've read other reviews saying this is too big. It is big, but when installed correctly does work. Best on shaved skin. For less than ten bux it has three good, solid and strong rings that could be repurposed, they won't break like other softer stretchy material - this isn't very stretchy. It's robust. My complaint is it takes too long to get it on and adjusted so that you don't need to adjust it.

This feels so awesome that you feel like you are in space with a high like you can't believe! Honestly, I cannot describe the ecstasy this gives you. You can only put it on to know! Your boys are separated and fairly far apart on each side of your shaft and held tight. Then your shaft is stuck in another ring and held firm then the whole 'big ring' encompasses it all to hold your total package. This will make you feel so off this world, I just don't have words for it. Yes it is hard to put on at first but once you get it down it is easy. I am not gifted with size, by any means, but this fit me so I don't know about another review that said different. You first use water-based lube and lube it down. Put the largest ring on first, the black connector that connects the big ring to the next ring goes up top and in the middle where the top base of your shaft is at, then you put the second ring over your shaft and then the two small rings go onto your boys. This is the hard part. You need to be careful, take your time and slowly stretch one ring and slowly put on one boy and then slowly adjust it, pulling some skin in to make your boy have some room, but keeping enough skin for your other boy. Then do the same for the other boy and adjust. The feeling will hit you in a few minutes and bam! You just feel out of this world! I wear this during the day but not at night just in case. That way I can check on my boys and make sure they are OK. I bought some ankle socks that I use just to cover my whole package and keep my boys warm. You want to keep them warm. Check every little bit and if they start looking too blue, take off. My boys have adjusted and are fine, but to each their own. Those silicone covers that would work too to cover your boys. Just something to keep the boys warm.You may also just want to use this for getting off only and then take off. That is incredible too! I don't condone anyone doing what I do by wearing this all day, this is just what I do, so know that. If you have big boys this may be a little hard to get on but this stretches pretty good. You do need some "skin" if you know what I mean there to have room for your boys so they aren't too tight and you may have a problem getting them in if you don't have enough skin. You might want to stretch this using a ball stretcher which Amazon has. A good stainless steel one and get the boys to hang down. That makes it pretty easy to do this then. Wow! Also, I saw a police officer walking down the street the other day, and his package was hard to miss by anybody, with a big bulge and tight police pants and I could swear he had this on! His boys were separated just like this does - big time. Telling you, the officer had to be wearing this! CalExotics, I wish you would make one like this but have a silicone strap in the middle of your boys so they hang down each side of that. So big ring and mid ring the same, but the two small rings, have one larger ring that goes over them together, but a strap will separate them in the middle to keep them separated. That one would be good to wear all the time then.
