It is in Celsius but 20 is 68. So just go from there. Worked without programming. It is insanely cheap plastic. But it works.

Did not find an exact control for my Mitsubishi split unit model, but this one was compatible and works perfectly

Great, but.
This is a very nice replacement remote. Unfortunately, it only reads Celsius. Not spelled out in the listing. Disappointing.

Cheap but trouble prone remote
Small inconvenience is having to convert Celsius to Fahrenheit. More frustrating is having to reinstall the battery to get it to work again. I've kept the battery cover off so I could reset the batteries as needed and not set the time due to the frequent outages.
