Works great for my Maytag washer
Worked great for my 8 year old Maytag. Arrived earlier than expected. I also replaced the clutch and sliding gear which I purchased separately. No more leak and no more growling noises. I had forgotten how quiet it was supposed to be. Not exactly the easiest thing to do. Took me a day to remove everything and clean it all up. Then another 3or4 hours to put it all back together. Nothing else comes in the box, no new bolts or lubricant for the seal and no paperwork or instructions. No the less I am very pleased with my purchase. Washer is running like a champ again and I saved hundreds of dollars off the price of buying a new washer.

Restored my washer without too much difficulty
Price plus shipping was the best I found for the OEM replacement. Takes a bit of disassembly to install, but it was not too difficult or tedious. One $16 special spanner wrench required, also available on Amazon. Plenty of step-by-step YouTube videos to guide you. Restored my washer’s performance nicely.

New washer…or new gears!
I had to pay $75 to confirm my assessment of busted bearings and washer causing the washer to leak. The appliance company said it was too expensive to repair I’m not sure what their plan was but we did not see eye2eye. Popping this kit on there and the washer is like new. No leak, no noise, and installed in no time. Make sure you have the associated wrench kit. MUCH cheaper than a new washer!
