Coleman Cooler Cushion
Jazzed up my new 55 quart Coleman Cooler by adding this cushion. If you are going to take up precious floor space, in your boat, might as well make it an attractive convenient place to sit. The cushion is a bit "firm", as I had read in other reviews, butt, it is sleek and compact. Looks good and works well on my skiff! The cushion seems a bit pricey and I was not particularly fond of the attachment strap going under my cooler lid; need a better way to attach the cushion to the cooler; only reason it did not merit a 5!

Fits but the cooler lid will not seal shut
This fits the Coleman 50-Quart marine cooler perfectly. It is not as soft as I had hoped for as a seat. And when you attach it with the straps that are sewn onto the cushion, then the lid of the cooler does not seal shut. I will have to modify it by cutting the straps off and using heavy duty Velcro.

Good quality
very nice quality cushion. firm instead of lightweight and flimsy. I bought it to replace a permanent cushion on the front cooler of my center console. it works very well and is comfortable.

great product, but needs some mods
Strapping around cooler lid.. cut that off and install 6 snap fasteners 3 on each side, now works great!! you will have to take the cover off the cushion to install snaps on the cover.

The cushion itself is comfortable; however
We bought this along with the Coleman marine cooler. The cushion itself is comfortable; however, it did not stay latched around the top of the cooler. Very frustrating while trying to use on our boat. We returned it and the cooler, which was also poorly made.

untested
even though i havent tested it yet, the pad is quality and was unsure on how it stays put, upon reciept, i noticed that the straps go all the way around the lid(yes, between the seal of lid)but lid still closes fine and not sure how much cooling efficiency is lost...cushioning seems adequate and i hope i holds up to marine condtions as specified, i do like the no tip drain feature!!!

Coleman cooker seat cushion
The cushion is great, but I don't care for the under lid attachment straps as I plan to use this for a fish cooler in my boat and the straps get very nasty in that environment.
