Alphacool Laing DD310 Pump, Black

I bought this pump to put on a Phanteks R160 reservoir in my first custom loop. First, it has no problem moving water in my setup, which consists of GPU and CPU blocks, 240mm and 120mm radiators. Second, some DDC pump reviews said they're louder than D5, but I don't find it to be too loud. Yes, if the room is silent, I can hear a slight hum from the pump, but nothing louder than I would normally hear from case fans running.

Permanently failed in 3 months. Awful.

Nice little pump with a solid flow rate. It’s dead silent once the air bubbles come out of the system.

I have the Phanteks Glacier R220 reservoir and at first I tried putting in the EKWB EKWB EK-XTOP SPC-60 PWM to use as a combo res, but the impeller is a little to large for that system. After looking I decided to purchase this Alpahcool 13179 DDC310 despite it not being PWM, as I was worried about the noise from it when it ran. Pleasantly surprised, I only notice it running when some trapped air in the loop moves and I hear the gurgling as it moves to the top of the reservoir. I am pleasantly surprised with this purchase, and would definitely get one again if it happened to fail.

Pump stopped working arbitrarily. Powered up PC today and all I heard was a ramp up and click, then stop. Then repeat. Was running fine yesterday. CPU overheated, so shut down and used jumper on mb power to just run pump in the loop. Same thing. Ramp up, click, stop. Trying to assess path forward, but really annoyed. Old DDC pump ran for almost a decade without issues.

Fits the EKWB ddc pump housing/res combo. Not as powerful but good enough for 2x240rad gpu and cpu block with 10id/16od tubing. Great to have as a back up

It was easy to instal and prime. Runs quietly and moves tons of coolant. Not much else to say. Comes with screws and works perfectly.

Ich hatte anfänglich sorge der Durchfluss reicht nicht für : CPU; GPU; 280er; 120er; 480er Radiator. Aber reicht mir, ist ähnlich wie der Durchfluss der Magicool. Auch die Lautstärke ist super, wenn man mit dem Ohr heran geht hört man ein hohen pfeifenden Ton, aber aus einem Meter Entfernung höre ich nix mehr davon. Zum Thema Wärme: ist im Betrieb aktuell lauwarm/kalt. Den Stecker habe zu einem Lüfter Stecker um gebaut und direkt ans Mainboard gesteckt, funktioniert. Hoffe das sie so jetzt immer läuft

Attention: le cable ventilateur sert uniquement à faire remonter l'information de tachymètre, pas à piloter la pompe. Elle tourne en permanence à fond les ballons, dans un bruit franchement pénible, même en pleine journée. Je l'ai gardée trois jours, le temps de recevoir le modèle PWM. Je ne recommande cette pompe que sur un serveur ou une machine déportée (dans une autre pièce)

Hatte die Laing DDC mit einem Ausgleichsbehälter von Aqualis (DDC 100ml) von Mitte Januar bis Ende Juni in Betrieb, da hat sie wunderbar funktioniert, schön leise, Durchfluss für einen kleinen Kreislauf mit Grafikkarte und 280mm Radiator völlig ausreichend. Kreislauftemperatur im Betrieb stabil zwischen 40~45°C, normales destilliertes Wasser ohne Zusätze verwendet. Anfang Juli hatte sie dann plötzlich Anlaufprobleme beim PC-Start, kurz darauf komplett blockiert. Bei der Demontage fiel mir dann auf dass der Rotor am Gehäuse schleift (siehe Bilder). Rückstände durch Verschmutzung hatte ich weder im Kreislauf noch der Pumpe selbst, montiert war sie jederzeit aufrecht ohne Schieflage. Schade, hat an sich wunderbar ihren Dienst getan, nur etwas arg kurzlebig.

Beste DDC Pumpe und leiseste! Habe auf der Pumpe ein DDC Mini Tank als AGB drauf und die Pumpe ist quasi lautlos! Der Messing Unterbau ist auch gegenüber der Kunststoff Variante von Vorteil,da Kühlung des Lagers und die Materiele Anmutung seines gleichen sucht.Der Vorteil des Mini Tanks auf der DDC 310 ist ,dass die Masse im Umfang der Pumpe gleichen und somit in jede Ecke des Pc Gehäuses passt. Fazit :Bin begeistert von der Pumpe in Kombo mit dem AGB .

Habe mein neuen PC Ende August zusammengebaut inkl. dieser Pumpe. Ende Oktober (also 2 Monate später) war die Pumpe kaputt. Hab selbst getestet, liegt wirklich an der Pumpe. Also Ersatz bestellt. Die 2. Pumpe ist nun nach nichtmal einem Monat wieder defekt. Vollkommener Billig Mist, auf keinen Fall kaufen, ich hatte Pumpenteile dann in meinem Wassersystem.
