Much smaller than expected
Good speedy delivery, however it is very much smaller than the pictures show. Not large enough to actually do up at neck (3 inch gap).Pleasantly warm on the maximum heat. Hopefully will help with my poorly shoulder?

Fabulous
Love this so much. It helps me to relax after a day at the computer. I fall asleep wearing it and feel reassured that the timer shuts it off after 90 minutes. I add this into my self care routine and it's vital.

Hardly any heat
This is a disappointment, it hardly heats to anything, so doesn't even touch the pain, as it's luke warm.... Totally useless for what I needed it for, and I was looking forward to using it x

Comfortable and Secure
This heating pad is soft and comfortable and stays in place. You can feel the heat well since it is weighted. it's nice to have a pad that heats shoulders and neck together and helps relieve tension. It's a good quality product.

Im besten Fall lauwarm
Leider nicht für den gekauften Zweck geeignet, die höchste Temperatur ist definitiv nicht 60°C. Versand war allerdings schneller als angekündigt und trotzdem bin ich vom produkt enttäusch. Rückgabe nur mit 10 EUR Verlust.

Great for the ache
Sometimes you sleep on your neck wrong and wake up with an ache that lasts all day. This pad is great for those occasions, and for helping with stiffness.

neck and shoulder heating pad
Purchased for neck pain. Pad was a bit larger than I thought but okay. If used sitting in a chair might have been better than in bed because the connections are on the wrong side for me. Controls are simple and easy to see and use. Heated up quickly and good heat. It will work just fine.

Needs to be a bit bigger but
This is perfect for using primarily on your neck. Almost perfect , only issues is , my neck is a little thicker, so i can barely clip it shut. But works very well.
